Vogue Living logo
Vogue Living Jan/Feb 2012 is on Australian newsstands today with a cover image from ‘Personal Best’, a feature on page 150 of the issue focused on the home of Deirdre Broughton - the daughter of interior designer Marion Hall Best.
For more than 20 years Broughton worked alongside her mother in the shop that made Hall Best an Australian legend. In the issue, Andrew Shapiro visits the Sydney home Broughton created with the family’s trademark flair and decorated with dashes of Hall Best’s preferred colour palette: orange, pink and purple, as seen in the cushions and sofa pictured.
The painting is by Charles Reddington and is flanked by a John Olsen print on the left.
